Digital Products:

Please note that all sales on digital products are final and refunds are not possible.

Physical Products:

Orders are processed within 3-4 days and delivered within 14-22 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Note: Sometimes orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries because they may consist of items made by different people who work with us from various countries.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
